      Are you looking for a new way to serve the community?

      Part time position is available for running weekly programs at San Jose Community Church (SJCC).  We are looking for a person who has a heart to nurture the worship team and help them to grow spiritually, who has a desire to equip, develop, and lead the worship team ministry. Four (4) hours per week minimum commitment is required.  In addition, candidate must meet the following requirement:

      Be willing to submit to our church’s vision

      Meet minimum SJCC membership requirements of being baptized and completing Class 101. If you are married, your spouse must also satisfy membership requirements.

      Have some education in music and theological are the plus.

      Help provide a healthy Christian-like environment

      Help our children to grow spiritually and root in the Word.

      Build relationship within the team.

      Build a Worship Team for Christ

      Set visions and goals for the ministry

      Create quarterly schedule for the team

      Coordinate and participate in every practice

      Help team member to gain better musical skills

      Ensure the programs well maintain.

      Ensure the ministry fulfill its goals and visions

      Participate in church activities and meetings (if require)

      Live and conduct his/her life as described in 1 Timothy 3

      Must see his or her position as having a strong desire to serve the community in the position

      Communicate well with others (parents, teachers)

      Accountable to the SJCC team leadership

      Teachable heart

      Reliable and truthful with one another.
